How is Your Circulation?

DPACardiovascular disease kills 55% of all Americans. The first symptom for 20% of people with cardiovascular disease is sudden death. For this reason cardiovascular disease needs to be treated in a proactive manner. One of the first steps to measure your current cardiac function is DPA (Digital Pulse Analysis). The DPA is a non- evasive test that can determine the flexibility of your blood vessels, measure your current status, and your response to treatment. The test reports vascular flexibility and includes an arterial age score. DPA also provides values for arterial, peripheral vessel, and capillary flow rates. The combined report is a snapshot of your vascular health.

Once the data is obtained, there are multiple therapeutic options to treat improved vascular function: medications, L-arginine, chelation therapy, PK therapy, counter pulse and others. Using DPA we can measure the effectiveness of each of these treatments.

ProArgin9

ProArgin9 is a patented Arginine supplement which has demonstrated the ability to improve blood flow within 30 minutes. In my own case my DPA reading went from age 60 to age 30 and my blood flow increased dramatically. L-Arginine works by increasing vascular NO levels. The 1998 Nobel prize in medicine was won for work on understanding the role of NO.

Chelation Therapy

Chelation removes heavy metals from the body. This helps the body in multiple ways, since heavy metals are very potent toxins. When heavy metals are present in the cardiovascular system they deplete “NO:” the body’s natural vasodilator. How chelation works is not fully understood, but keeping natural NO levels normal may be one of the mechanisms of action. At a recent anti-aging medical meeting, I had a chance to test hundreds of people using our DPA technology. One of the most consistent findings was that the physicians at the meeting who were getting chelation therapy themselves all tested out with an arterial age of around 30 to 35.

Medication

We have documented the effectiveness of many medications using the DPA. Medications can improve arterial function, thus help lower blood pressure and protect against cardiac events. The effects of medication can be clearly demonstrated by following serial DPA readings.

What is the Best Approach?

That depends on a person’s age and condition. However, when a person is at risk; medications and L-arginine are generally the fastest and most reliable ways to get the situation under control. If a person is not in immediate risk then diet and lifestyle changes can be effective. Preventive medicine techniques can then be used to help normalize vascular function.
